Returning faulty or incorrect goods

In the event that your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, in order to facilitate the returns procedure it will be helpful if you contact us to obtain a Returns Number, which you should write clearly on the outside of the packaging when returning the goods.
When returning an order, to avoid damage in transit please ensure that goods are packaged securely, in the orginal packaging if possible.

Forgotten or lost serial numbers or keyfiles

If you require assitance with serial numbers or keyfiles, please telephone 01525 406799 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) to speak to a customer service representative. Note that it is our policy not to provide serial numbers via email or fax.
