First you need to find the product you wish to purchase. If this product is not featured on the front page then to find it you can either use the category links in the menu at the top of the page or use our search engine.
Searching maxonshop
To search maxonshop, locate the search box (top right) and simply type in a product name like cinema 4d xl r7, or part of a product name like xl and press your Return key. It needs to be a full word - entering cin or dynam for example won't find a thing, you would need to enter cinema or dynamics.
The result of your search will be displayed on a search results page. If more than 20 products match your search there will be a NEXT link to enable you to turn the page and see more matches. On second and subsequent search results pages, a PREV link will appear, enabling you to turn back a page.
On the search results page, click the  button to the left of a product name to get more information about a product, or click the  button to put a product directly into your shopping cart.
Putting a product into your shopping cart
Every product information page contains a grey box on the right which will enable you to put one or more products into your shopping cart. Ensure that the check box is enabled  to the left of the product(s) you wish to buy before clicking the button. On some pages there are related products listed underneath the main product; if you wish to buy any of these you may select them along with the main product and put them all in your cart at once when you click the button.
You may switch territories at any time by using the popup that lists all the maxonshop home bases. The contents of your cart will follow you wherever you go, but note that the currency may change and note that some products are available only in certain territories.
Your shopping cart
You may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the  button in the menu at the top of the page. To remove an item from your cart, click the  button. if you wish to buy more than copy of an item, change the quantity and click the  button. To continue with your purchase, click the  button.
The Status information (to the right of the product name) will inform you about whether the item is in stock or not. Items which are in stock will normally be despatched immediately. The despatch of out of stock items will be delayed by a few days and we would normally immediately inform you by email of the expected shipping date.
The checkout
To purchase the contents of your shopping cart, go to your shopping cart page (see above) and click the button. You will be asked to
(if you are a returning customer) or  if this is the first time you are making a purchase on maxonshop.
When you register you will be asked to enter an email address and password - these are the things you must enter to login when you return to maxonshop to make another purchase.
Returning customers will be transported to the checkout once they have logged in; after registering, new customers will be asked for a delivery address before arriving at the checkout.
On the checkout page, ensure that all your billing and shipping addresses are correct. Double check the email address listed under your billing address - this is the email address to which we will send confirmation of the order and it is how we will contact you should there be a difficulty with your order. Click the appropriate  button to make any changes. To continue with your purchase, click the  button.
Payment
On the payment page, enter your credit or debit card details and click the
button. This will send your order to us and a confirmation email to you. When the order has been sent a page will load informing you of this and it will also display your order number. After sales support
You may check on the progress of you order at any time by going to Your Account page and clicking the  button. This page will summarise all the purchases you have made with maxonshop. To display more detailed information about a particular order, click the button to the left of the order date.
