The MAXON Service Agreement (MSA) is ideal for companies working with fixed budgets - no more surprises when planning next year's expenses. All upgrades are automatically sent to MSA customers immediately upon release. In addition to the most up-to-date software version, MSA participants also receive preferred technical support service and three free hours of online training each quarter.

To qualify you need to be on the latest version of CINEMA 4D and agree to the Annual Licensing guidelines. Once purchased, your MSA will start from the 1st of the next month. For example if purchased on February 16th, the start and end date of the MSA would be March 1st.
